golf course viewdusty surfacesearly morning noise
The location had a nice view of the golf course. It was acceptable for a short visit.
The room was quite dusty. Surfaces below eye level had a thick layer. I discovered no hot water in the morning. Rooms sit directly under the restaurant. I heard chairs scraping and other noises very early.

the single room was clean and it had everything i needed. the food in the bar was tasty and filling (i had the burger and chips). the staff were helpful and friendly, especially emma. i appreciated the free parking that had plenty of spaces.
the window had to be closed because of wedding reception noise.

The breakfast was good.
The room had a smashed bathroom door and a burnt carpet. The damaged door was a safety concern, and the burnt carpet was unsightly. the room felt neglected and not properly maintained.

I appreciated the really kind staff . The check-in process was easy. The room faced the golf course and the view was excellent. I found the room was clean and tidy.
The shower tap was stiff. It made it difficult to adjust the water temperature.

the golf course setting was gorgeous. my room was comfortable and had everything i needed. i also enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked to order. it was nice soaking in the beautiful views of the course.
i think i got a little unlucky. there was a small, discreet altercation between a couple of people. it left me not knowing where to look, a bit awkward.
